Mrs. Roy got away from the regular routine recently by making a trip up to the mountains of north Georgia - specifically, to Helen. It's a Bavarian-themed town with a wonderful creek running through it where you can float by in a neon-colored tube and just relax. Mrs. Roy met her sister up there for a cousin's wedding. It was wonderful to share that special time with all the people Mrs. Roy loves. Mrs. Roy was reminded that the best things in life aren't really things - the very best things are the people we love and enjoying the natural beauty the Lord has created all around us.
Life is good.
I hope there will be many more get aways in our future. It is amazing how much fun a person can have with a gnome, a camera, and an awesome sister! Love you!
